Laughing my ass off at my fellow man

So a few months back this summer, I signed up for one of those adult job modeling service web boards.

I do it occasionally, never expecting to get the call. I do it for fun and to try and connect with folks.

But I had gotten an email from a company saying I could "fuck real women" soon and break into the industry with them.

On a lark I tried their url today and the site did not load.

Maybe I'm not the only one who realized it was a scam.

But the reason that post was brought to mind was from something I saw on the blog of the lovely Platinum Puzzy.

In her archives, she had a moving graphic that had a line that made me pause and say, "That really happens?"

The line basically told guys that they should NOT contact her pretending to be male talent.

OMFG!

Really?

I like to think that I am not naive, but I guess I am—especially when it comes to the industry.

I mean, I know my limitations on some level; I think I could be male talent. I've been photographed and filmed, but I would never consider myself to be more than a skilled amateur at this point.

I know I have a bit to prove.

Which is probably why I've moved over to this side of things right now as a writer and commentator.
