Shameless Promotion

No, not shameless self-promotion, although I am actually in favor of that as well.

I did want to alert you all to a fascinating blog I came across courtesy of BBW model Ms. Dawn Perignon.

It's called Christian Sings the Blues, and I think it should be required reading for any guy who is a fan of porn or wants to get into porn.

Why should it be required reading, you may ask?

Besides the pretty pictures of some of his co-stars and friends in the industry, it should be required reading because it is the unvarnished truth. The good and the bad - it's all there.

And I know that I, personally, love that stuff.

I also think it helps to keep this stuff in perspective. I fear that too often, we are quick to look at porn stars as just body parts - pussies, asses, breasts and cocks - and forget that they're people. It's also too easy to dismiss them as undereducated or uneducated airheads.

Are there some that are like that? Of course. But that's a fact of life in any industry - especially in the world of entertaiment (which, last time I checked, porn is).

However, when you come across something that is well written and offers an insider's perspective, that just gets my geek side engaged as well.
